Opsnap provides a decision-support and training platform.
2. No operational control
Opsnap does not:
- Control equipment
- Execute system changes
- Replace operator judgment
Users are responsible for all real-world actions.
3. Use of platform
Users agree to:
- Use Opsnap for training and decision preparation
- Not rely solely on Opsnap for critical operational decisions
4. Data usage
Collection and use of personal and operational data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
- Opsnap owns the platform, software, and Opsnap branding
- Customers retain ownership of their data and content they provide
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsnap is not liable for:
- Operational failures
- Equipment damage
- Incorrect user decisions
7. Service availability
- The service is provided "as is"
- There are no uptime guarantees for this early-stage product
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or other conduct that puts users, sites, or the service at risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Opsnap after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
